The TeamSnap Lead Generation Representative (LGR) is an entry-level sales/telesales role that will be responsible for working closely with TeamSnap’s Sales Development team to generate quality, interested leads for the TeamSnap Sales Team to further vet and convert to new customers.

Duties of the LGR include:

  • Making outbound calls into TeamSnap’s existing customer base to create upsell opportunities
  • Providing a high level solution overview via phone
  • Scheduling meetings between prospects and Technical Account Managers and Account Executive teams
  • Researching leads from the TeamSnap database, qualifying them and assigning them to the proper sales person
  • Discovering new leads through internet research
  • Engaging with prospects via phone and direct email campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS

The TeamSnap Lead Generation Representative (LGR) should possess the following skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRMs, Microsoft Office and internet tools and research is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+)
  • Energy and desire to make numerous (50+) phone calls daily all while maintaining high motivation and a great attitude
  • Ability and aptitude to perform high level demonstrations of the TeamSnap solution
  • ‘Hunter’ mentality in seeking out new business
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

“Day in the Life”

On any given day the LGR will be making numerous outbound calls to potential customers as well as to customers in our existing customer base to generate interest in a complementary product, maintaining lead records in SalesForce, sending out direct email, researching/responding/assigning leads to the sales team and assisting the TeamSnap sales and marketing teams with additional projects.

Location

This position is full time and will be based out of our Boulder, CO, Headquarters.

Compensation

The LGR role will be compensated on a mix of base + commission.  Additionally, TeamSnap offers generous benefits, including health insurance and unlimited vacation time.
